Detoxification can be dangerous

Is cleansing the body necessary? If we lived in a perfect environment, detoxication would not be needed. However, because the environment is polluted, so the answer is yes, cleansing the body is essential. We can not wash the body from the inside, just as we wash the body from the outside in the shower. The only method to cleanse the body is to provide the nutrients that cause it.

The human body is equipped with seven channels through which it purifies: lung, liver, skin, kidneys, colon, lymph and blood. The most important substance that the body needs to clean is pure water. The amount of water required depends on the body weight. On average it is about eight glasses a day.

Taking on the detoxification of the body, remember not to confine yourself to the colon. Purifying the colon without cleaning the rest of the body is pointless.

Do You really need a cleanse?

Ask yourself some questions that will help you diagnose your body condition. Do you feel chronic fatigue? Do you often get sick? Are you overweight? Do you suffer from sleep problems? Are your joints hurt? Do you have eye problems? Do you often have a headache? Do you bother with bloating, constipation or gases? Is your breath stinking? Does your body emit an unpleasant odor? Do you suffer from allergies or chronic infections? Do you take medicine, work in a health care facility or have contact with cleaners? Do you smoke? Do you eat highly processed food?

If you answered yes to some of the above questions, then your body needs detoxification.

Principles of safe cleansing the body

  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
  • Eat only whole grains.
  • Eat at least 35 grams of fiber per day.
  • Do not eat red meat.
  • Eat less dairy, refined carbohydrates, sugar and saturated fats.
  • Eat more often, small meals.
  • Get fish oil (OMEGA+++)
  • Sleep at least 8 hours during the night.
  • Do not drink caffeine.
  • Do not drink alcohol.
  • Do not starve
  • Avoid exercise. Have a lot of rest.

During the cleansing of the body there are usually side effects. Do not be afraid of these beneficial side effects. They may include headaches, nausea, skin rash, temporary lack of energy, increased bowel movements. If the side effects are too burdensome, reduce the detoxification intensity. Toxins and parasites leave the body through the intestines, urinary tract, mouth, nose and skin. It is not surprising that during detox you notice unusual symptoms within these organs.
