  • It is important to limit the time spent in front of the TV or for video and computer games. In return, plan to spend time together in the open air.

An obese child needs support and help

It is important to highlight all the successes of the child, not only regarding the fight against overweight, but also from any other field. It is up to the parents to prepare the child for the fact that the weight loss process is long and requires patience. Such support is necessary for the child to achieve success in weight loss.

Through physical exercise, we can influence the metabolism of fat, bone, nervous system, circulatory, respiratory, muscular, hormonal levels, blood composition, and even the psychic sphere. Properly selected physical training is an integral part of an effective weight loss program.
